CaringBridge is a global, nonprofit social network dedicated to helping family and friends communicate with and support loved ones during hospitalization, treatment and recovery. Through the use of free, personal, protected websites and app, people easily share updates, receive encouragement and coordinate help from their community. CaringBridge provides control and a safe environment for people facing any health condition. Since 1997, over 850,000 CaringBridge websites have been created. Combined, those sites have received 4.4 billion visits. CaringBridge is shared by hundreds of organizations, hospitals and health systems with no financial or contractual obligations.
